ARP Report and Disclosure (HEERF III) – August 17, 2021

The University of Texas at Dallas acknowledges that it has signed and returned to the U.S. Department of Education the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that it will use the applicable amount of Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds III (HEERF III) designated under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.

CRRSA Act Report and Disclosure (HEERF II)– updated August 6, 2021

The University of Texas at Dallas acknowledges that it signed and returned to the Department of Education a Certification and Agreement for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.  The university gives assurance that the institution will use $9,566,094 of Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act funds to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.

CARES Act Report and Disclosure (HEERF I) – updated January 7, 2021

The University of Texas at Dallas acknowledges that it signed and returned to the Department of Education a Certification and Agreement for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and gives assurance that the institution will use 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
