Military – Stationed in Texas

The purpose of this program is to provide a waiver of nonresident tuition to the member, spouse, and dependent children of non-Texas members of the U.S. Armed Forces and Commissioned Officers of the Public Health Service while they are stationed in Texas.

Although nonresidents, the member, spouse, and children may pay the resident rate while stationed in Texas. Contact the Veterans Benefits Team to begin the application process. You must provide proof of current assignment or duty in Texas.
